- You buy; “Where is and As is”. Neither the Kentucky Rifle Foundation nor auctioneer guarantees the accuracy of the descriptions or condition of any gun.
- Payment by cash or check only. No credit cards accepted. A 10% auction premium will apply to all sales. Open to the public.
- All purchases must be paid for and picked up evening of the sale.
- No phone bids or absentee bid accepted.
- Auctioneers disclaimers and conditions apply.
- You must register for a bidder’s number prior to bidding; driver’s license required for non KRA members. By registering for a bidders number you agree to all terms and conditions and disclaimers set forth by the Kentucky Rifle Foundation and Auctioneer.
- The rifles and accoutrements will be on display outside the gun room during the day Friday before the auction.
